Isaac VanCuren founded INV Development to originate, entitle, and develop land across the central United States. He comes from a background in agriculture, and that grounding - an understanding of land as something worked, stewarded, and improved over time - continues to shape how he evaluates every parcel.
Before moving into real estate, Isaac built his early career inside a Fortune 500 company, advancing quickly along a competitive corporate track. There he learned how disciplined organizations underwrite risk, structure transactions, and execute at scale - rigor he now brings to private land and development.
He has since originated and advanced land, residential, commercial, and development opportunities across Indiana and adjacent Midwest markets. He is based in Carmel, Indiana.
